There are no consequences for FAR if they win.
There are none if they lose in regards the asset, I think the sp will take a battering, but we will still own our %.
If FAR win WPL will have to do something.
a. do a deal.
b. walk away
FAR can preempt IMO if they win.
WPL can be as cranky as they like and I'm sure they are now so nothing will be any different but so long as FAR can pay when they need to there is 3/5 of sfa they can do.
