Should the article prove correct I wonder if part of PETEOSEN's 8% backin option is involved ..WPL have recently stated they were not averse to adding more WI, should it be found they have any WI to add to in the first place...
Interesting times , PETROSEN may be struggling to find finance, the usual sources of funding for Govt's sush as the IMF and World Bank etc may be less willing to finance hydrocarbon projects in the current global environment...
