    Bit of a worry on the options if declined and goes to federal court.

    I'd expect bph to be in a halt for the duration of any litigation.

    Im sitting on 45m of these bph options. I've hedge my bet by adding 5m bph to balance if bphob expire and bph moves afterwards. Ie to balance each other out.
