Understand the dilemma that a DECLINE will put EVERYONE into. BUT the Government HOLDS ALL the cards at this point as they are the APPROVING AUTHORITY and it is sitting in JA for over 145 days now.

Either a decision is made (GOOD or BAD) or
PEP11 must begin to take some sort of action to get the Government(S) to decide in accordance with the law.

BUT as I have stated before and can be seen by the NEATS website - there is ample 'precedence' for the FEDs to claim they are following normal process and timeline (as there are applications waiting for JA Decision for over 300 days!!). However this should not deter ANYONE (ie PEP11) from asking questions and requesting 'update' as to when they will be making a decision especially because there is a Consent Order by the Courts.
