the only way to get them to do something is to leverage them legally. There will never be a groundswell of public support for a microcap company to drill an exploration well, there just won’t be.
BPH can actually commence an action in the high court under a section of the constitution to try and bring it too a head but it would be a pretty big role of the dice and I think the governments manoeuvring with the delegation from MK to Ed is specifically designed to make a success of that high court application very slim.
