In "Potash", Developer, I wouldN’T forget Emmerson Plc, too.

This is One of the very, very few Projects, which is (also) in the WorldClass (Development) (Potash) League, iMo.

But even if it is the Case, this doesn’t guarantee ANYthing, sure.

This Project has any, any potential nice “Features”,

but One of the Main is, if They “would” get it “ready” it would be seemsto be the Best located Project (Transportation) RELATIVE to Their TargetMarkets, ww.

Which is a pretty “Pfund” I think.
