my take on this is that the P1 was to look at safety & tolerability and how this compared to AZD4320 which was a super drug, but also wasn't safe/ tolerable. This has been proven with the small cohort completed (anticipated toxicities weren't present).
It will take them until June to wind up this trial, publish results and move on to next stage. From my reading of it is positive, else they would have abandoned the trial with reasons for discontinuation.
