Delays - I get the impression that the fires also caused things to get misplaced or mislabelled. I honestly don't know the reasons beyond guessing. Disparity between visuals and grades, again, I don't know.
I have written this before; i have a very high level of patience. The current situation doesnt bother me - i would rather see some price appreciation based on what we currently know rather than dont know.
