It seems crazy to me that producers were trying to get close to 100% of their production under offtake agreements and then base the price of these agreements on a obscure China spot market (who knows what gets delivered and sold on this spot market. Could be one Chinese converter/battery maker to another and visa versa just to keep prices down.
