Chris has said he wants an involved in the whole batteries metal process. I reckon he will provide an interest in WR1 in return for involvement in the batteries metal plant. Quarry-Processing plant-Battery metals manufacturing plant.
$20m shares @ $3- x 2 parties once plant is purchased and approvals in place gives $120m for mine start, road, plant upgrade and in return an interest in battery metals plant. Government would salivate at this type of deal considering their involvement in Winsome.
