There are many known cases of people testing positive to this Chinese Coronavirus but are asymptomatic...no symptoms. The health authorities world wide have no idea how many people are "infected" but they show no symptoms as they don't test people that have no symptoms.

Some people may get it bad, others won't. Figures rallied around say 95% of people that get infected will suffer no more than flu like symptoms, where as up to 5% infected may suffer quite badly, and a few of those may die if they are already weak from some other illness.
