PEN is an excellent project, right place and right time too. In long term I see a good value in PEN.
However Japanese event is having a effect on all Uranium Stocks. It will take a while before we see momentum in uranium Stocks.
I stick with my time frame of 9 months. PDN, ERA, BLR, NTU, ACB all far below their recent highs. Same is in same boat.
