I was very pleased by the amount of product enhancements released last week. I also think Xero is differentiating itself from Intuit by being much closer aligned to accountants, particularly after QBO put accountants/bookkeepers off with their paid service.
I am not too fussed about the shareprice- for us very long term holders eventually the returns will approximate the value created and this will largely reflect revenue growth at this stage. At its current revenue growth rate of c37% the share price should double every 2.2yrs (2yrsand 2.5months) if the multiple is maintained. I think that’s as good a target as we can hope for.
my intended hold duration is still >a decade!
