Your right of course. It is impossible to not have IOT involved with this evolution or multi level evolution. Block Chain is one part only and the multi system interaction with multiple communication protocols to allow this all to work will need XPEs Auto Discovery Remote Control (ADRC) or similar to work in the real world not just the Specific cotton bale experiment.
The communications equipment in each ship and port is not 'standard' and never has been. Perfect fit for ADRC.
