You will need to supply your full name, address and HIN. When you complete the form, you have two options - send it back electronically or post it via snail mail. As for payment, simply transfer the cost of the options via electronic funds transfer. The whole process will only take a few days. If you are lucky, you may have the same bank as XPE. If this is the case, it will be completed in 24 hours.

Simple...!!!
