The thought that has occurred to me MACLEOD, Quick, et al, is that as X will be funding the entire capex, for just a couple of measly $b more, they can have the lot,( with their own BEE partner).

Alternatively, it will cost them many multiple of that over the coming decades should they decide to stick with just 50% now. I believe, as they have demonstrated, they have an appetite currently for takeover (and full control).

Either way, it should be very worthwhile for the faithful.
