    Sagey got it wrong wrong.

    He was certain it was shot and got and it wasn't. Something came adrift in the 11th hour.

    Now will be structured deal and even possible part cash part scrip or all scrip bid.

    No choice but hang in.

    40 cents is the "cash" marker.

    Paper will cost them plenty more.

    Annoying but what can you do?
