Latest I can find (from the 14th November) is December release over 3 phases.

Phase 1 (Month 1-3) - Pilot 50,000 users
Phase 2 (Month 3-6) - Load test and optimise 500,000 users
Phase 3 (Month 6+) - Full deployment.

ZipT Commercialisation Strategy to Acquire Over 10m Users

There is/was a promotional offer going on for the first 50,000 users who register to become founding VIP ZipT members to get "access to exclusive promotional offers when the App is launched".  

I think some people may think this means when it is released (presumably this month) that they'll get first crack at this.  Reading the document above I'm not sure this is the case.  The pilot phase will will target users in India, USA, Malaysia, South Africa and Brazil - I really have no idea, but it's possible that founding members and everyone outside these areas will get access after stage 2 or 3 at the earliest.

Time (or possibly a reply to Veroni's email) will tell.
