The Carpenters Project is a 200-hectare avocado development located near Pemberton, Western Australia, 3.5 hours south of Perth. Its Asset Management segment relates to the management of operating assets, including the contract to manage the demerged Carbon Business. Its Asset Development segment relates to assets owned or being developed by the Company. Its Business Development segment relates to the development of potential assets.
