The Diamba Sud Project is located in eastern Senegal and within the eastern portion of the Kedougou-Kenieba inlier area of West Africa. The Diamba Sud Project covers approximately 53.2 square kilometers (km2). The Company’s Diamba Nord Project consists of two exploration tenements totaling approximately 242 km2 and is located in eastern Senegal. The Company hold interest in two exploration licenses, which include Morichou and Bondala. The Morichou license is located approximately 35 kilometers from the Sabodala Shear Zone on the Mako Belt. The Bondala license Project is located approximately 12 kilometers southwest of Barrick’s Loulo mine and over 7 kilometers west of Barrick’s Gounkoto mine, both across the border in Mali.More
