The Company is engaged in the sale, implementation and support of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions, which consist of the exclusively licensed small business edition of Oracle NetSuite, JCurve ERP (in Australia and New Zealand), and the Oracle NetSuite mid-market and enterprise editions. Its segments include ANZ ERP, Asia ERP, TEMS and Quicta. ANZ ERP segment includes ERP cloud-based Business Management solutions and associated consulting services that are sold to Australian and New Zealand customers. Asia ERP segment includes ERP cloud-based Business Management solutions and associated consulting services, which are sold to Southeast Asian customers.
