So Grivas and Shearer give themselves a nice cash bonus of over $20,000 - PLUS share based incentives of over $300,000.
Now the two tight wads sell shares to pay for the exercise of their options!! They can't even dip into their own deep pockets to pay for them.
Great Directors we have in Grivas and Shearer.
If it wasn't for the Great Man James Marsh this company would be nothing.
