The graph is from NOAA. And it seems you have fallen into the trap of thinking that sea level in one location must be congruent with sea levels in all other locations. This is not the case. Sea levels vary around the globe. In protected harbours with a large inflow of water from several major rivers and significant tidal exchange, like Sydney Harbour, they are apt to be different. I'm in Victoria and recorded increases in Port Phillip Bay have also been below the global increase. That doesn't mean it's not happening.

Anyway, this is not the forum for this topic, so this comment will be my last word on the matter.
