IMO there is plenty of private equity looking for post-covid, growth opportunities. With the added benefits of 'green'/decarbonisation advancements and bluesky, ADN presents an appealing case with minimal debt funding in a tier-1 jurisdiction with a very low risk of achieving cash-flow positive territory.
Agree that international funds may be desirable, but not sure that int. market scrip is the way to go.
