The presentation and previous anns state the company was using the CR funds to fund Malaysian operations and the roadmap shows later this year they will pursue wholesale funding agreements for SEA loan book. The presentation also points out the merchant agreement for charging BNPL (4% per transaction I think), and made a point of mentioning the minimal risk from IOU from a credit issuing point of view.

I think it's also worth pointing out that one of the announcements also stated that the bank which has already been approved wanted to remain anonymous for commercial reasons (from memory).

There's no smoking gun here. Just a waiting game.
