Its hardly a salad bar. It's very clearly articulated in the announcement the synergies between long and short term deducted transactions, proposition opportunities for the whole share of customer base, synergies between digital first business models, and focus on quality credit worthy customers.

I've actually reached out to the company about their presentations and announcements given the lack of clarity and conciseness of message. I pointed to the investment in presentation of information that every asx listed company seems to have made. They responded pretty much immediately taking note and thanking the feedback from investors. Maybe if people have questions/feedback it might be worth doing the same.
