It's interesting that you ask that. IOU offering bill payments for utilities would fit Maslow's hierarchy of needs. If you don't know what that is I suggest you look it up IOU don't need to secure the whole thing. They only need a good slice of the pie and with the IDSB acquisition they're in a good position to do that.
Out of everything I wrote you hand picked the GDP number and used it out of context. It's fine to have a differing opinion.
