Personally I still think it's hype trading. A CR would be a self fulfilling prophecy. Everyone starts buying because of the price action and ridiculous "quantitative analysis" which pushes the price up. Why wouldn't management take the opportunity to do a CR off that? Then there would be a stack of complaints about how management duped people haha. Merry-go-round of the share market.

There's plenty to like about IOU on a fundamental level. Some qualitative research is required rather than going off a morningstar quantitative number plucked out of an algorithm that measures volume and percentage increase to predict a fair value estimate.
