Personally I wouldn't be concerned, it's very common to have negative reviews on any app because it has become the new front line for support. People don't bother calling up or trying to diagnose a problem they just leave a bad review and either wait for a response, an app update or just delete the app all together. If you go into any major app review page it is usually full of bad reviews and majority of the time it is compatibility issues, especially on android which can be used on so many different devices. In a situation where they are using mobile devices for KYC (Know your customer) it is pretty rare to be seamless and I think the overall success and effectiveness of the IOU app is positive.

Rumors that the DBL is being announced today, but who knows. I would rather it be done and dusted and the focus to turn to the roadmap and quarterly growth.
