No, I said there’s no harm in them - if the conditions don’t get met, they just expire worthless. But just as there’s no harm, neither are they bullish. Just because management have got these performance shares is no indicator that the SP will actually ever get there (same as the $1 CR oppies never needed voting on). That’s all - be cautious putting too much weight by them.
Good for you that you still trust management. Hopefully this quarter is the one they deliver, with no more delays etc. GL!
