purely from a common sense view, news flow ....probably very positive, is getting closer by the day, so I think that it is a no brainer that the share price is ready for a significant breakout. My guess is that all the BOD are on decent breaks with their families knowing that the next year is going to be extremely busy, when they are all back to sign off on reports it will be all systems go.
