    I agree Osi, if the failure was such that the prop did not/would not feather it would have had the attributes of a barn door on that side. If I remember correctly, there is a big gap between best s/e climb speed with 1st stage flap and clean, like around 16kts. It is
    horrifying what happens if one does the usual instilled drills of gear up, flap up, identify, verify, feather. It works on most twins, but
    flap up before 122kts in the 200 means it won't climb. Not sure about the newer 4 bladed prop versions, but certainly was the problem with the one at Mascot in 1980.
