I will partially back up what you have said.
On multiple times JM talked about breaking ground on 22.02.2022.
A few times he has talked about using halloysite to produce carbon nanotubes which do sell for tens of millions of dollars ( if you buy in 1g containers).
These carbon nanotubes can be used for capture of CO2.
While both have been proven on a lab scale it doesn’t change the fact that it was spin from JM, eagerly swallowed by many investors.
