Corrected, my bad, misread, expires ‘28, fact still remains that all options will need to be in the money to be converted.
Day to day sp level relevant in regard to the continual need to raise funds, every 9 months or do, this raise at $4 less than the last raise, lack of option overhang the only plus.
This breaks the cycle of the last three placements, despite any number of positive Ann’s.
