This is exactly what happened with pointerra in August: badly timed SPP, share price crashed below offer price, appaling uptake, extension of closing by two weeks in the delusional hope that holders will suddenly want to buy into an SPP above market price if only they are given more time, or that the ASX Fairy Godmother will somehow boost the share price in the extension period to make it attractive.
I thought i would never see such a shambles again, little did i realise it would happen to another one of my holdings within two months.
This is exactly what happened with pointerra in August: badly...
