This is what happens when you have a board who is not skilled enough. The majority of the board are 'operational'. Where is their governance? What is the skills matrix of the board? What a F*** up.
Their Corporate Governance Statement says "A Board Skills Matrix has not been developed as the Board was only empowered to manage the Company on 20 October 2020, but it willbe developed during financial year ending 30 June 2022." NOT GOOD ENOUGH. THEY HAVE HAD OVER 12 MONTHS. I wonder why they haven't? Answer: they don't have the skills.
