Will take many years before AI screening replaces initial screening by scientists and l would imagine final sign off by a pathologist will not be replaced by AI in our lifetimes.
computer assisted screening is old technology. sometimes it survives (increases accuracy) sometimes it doesn't eg Papnet screening.
finally I would imagine SHL will be among the first to adopt future technology so shareholders will benefit not be left in the cold.
feedback from pathologists who understand the area welcome. I don't am merely only a lay uneducated observer!
