there is not enough buyers to sell 1 million shares to atm. nearly 800k shares could be sold and the price drops to 1.5cents per share.

not very heartening. IMO Fuji must come through or massive dilution is coming our way. a sizeable gamble and gives Fuji and edge at the negotiating table.

history suggests that if a Fuji deal does produce a SP spike that a new CR could occur shortly thereafter to help BCT consolidate $ at higher SP and give them runway for faster expansion. we'll see!
