NYC2nyc can you justify your claim about product being sold for less than cost?
My take is that BCT is confident that their client base is about to expand significantly and they are investing in stock as clients don’t want to wait extended periods for product. Good business policy is to keep customers happy by having stock on hand to supply quickly, however, as a growing business, keeping up with this expanding requirement requires expenditure to be higher than revenue in the early stages of growth.
