Perhaps you need to brush up on contracts. Part of the deal was WFE handing over $U5.5M. WFE have not done this bit yet.
What is the time frame for WFE to come up with the cash??
Does the contract become null and void with loss of deposit if not done by xxxx date??
They are the usual types of things in contracts.
How come none of the biggest rampers on this forum are interested in following this up??
Mutley and cfp just want to avoid and deflect, not discuss, nor ask WFE to put out an announcement clarifying this.
With their close contacts with JB I would expect both to know the answer to these questions, but nope, avoid and deflect.
At least you acknowledge the agreement is BINDING, so we would assume there is a date that the deal must be done by. Binding is a 2 way street.
