What about a sign stating if water is at this level on sign then it is at this level at lowest point of road with a graphic of a car with the water level .
As for the 80 year old , I had the misfortune of being a passenger with my 75 year old uncle yesterday , his driving was worse than a drunk's overtaking B trains with cars coming towards him , not turning off his indicator after turning (every single time ) said he could not hear it , going over the yellow lines on corners , stopping at intersections then accelerating madly infront of oncoming cars .
Could not sleep last night as had visions of being road kill
