Just maybe, she and PH are aware that the likelihood of Imugene not longer being theirs, (hint hint) in 4 years time, they are ensuring that their efforts are duly rewarded now, in the event of a buy out when there are no more options to get performance bonuses.......

I too would have preferred results and SH success prior to a handout, but just maybe, the next 12 months is heading a particular way, where they know that there will be no more knocks on the door of SH to get their performance bonuses,

I am just trying to think like I was in PH shoes, I hated the CR, but I still believe that the grander scheme will all fall in to place in due course.

It looks greedy, it smells greedy, but maybe, just maybe there are some solid reasonings behind this, what would appear, inappropriate request for performance shares. They deserve to be completely rewarded if all goes to plan, but sometimes the plan and timing of AGM's are just not aligned?
