    My thoughts only , but I think the biggest positive to draw from recent announcements is the acceptance of FLC's technologies. The dollar signs on the contracts are great, but the expectation of more to come through acceptance of technology is the biggest component of ones decision to invest. As previously mentioned by others, can't wait for a contract win in the good ol US of A! (Maryland etc)
