So Navy Diver gets a 5.3% IRR plus the benefits of UPS backup and feels good about being at the forefront of new technology and its benefits for the environment. Be interesting to see what that IRR changes to if you assume the cost of electricity rises by 30% and the cost of batteries falls by 30%, two assumptions which might become reality in the not too distant future.
