NVA Directors Credentials

Good afternoon all,

I've been trawling through the NVA message boards for the past week and I thought I'd ask the community their thoughts about the directors.

Directors are obviously critical to the performance of the company, looking through their most recent announcement they list 4 names:

Avi Kimelman - CEO
Louie Simens
Dennis Fry
Olaf Frederikson

Each with glowing claims of competence and achievement, however nothing substantiated and no links to previous companies.
So I tried to find their previous companies and associations to see how they contributed. I'm not too far into this and for me red flags are going up.

Avi Kimelman:
Can't find much on this guy, a relatively blank linkedin profile here -> https://www.linkedin.com/in/avi-kimelman-00047983/
Any listing on google only reports on one other notable business venture -> ASX:BSN (I suggest you look on the HC boards for that company, looks tragic to me.)

Olaf Frederikson:

His most notable association has to be this one -> ASX:CHK (HC boards again, looks pretty gnarly to me.)

Dennis Fry:

Claims of being an "Entrepreneur and founding Director of several Australian and international resource Companies."
My thinking is surely you'd list the companies and their successes? Am I going out on a limb here?

Louie Simens:
A preliminary search yields little to nothing of use.

Not trying to downramp here, I'm sure they're all competent, however 2 are linked to dubious ASX listed companies and two have next to no profile or presence at all.

Can someone shed some light on this?
