There is no certainty in life except death and taxes.
I reckon the main issue ATM is funding not SEZ, SEZ just added advantage to the project profile.
Funding is simply very difficult to secure from mainstream banks for new lithium mine, no matter how attractive is the project resources,
The reality is no way any major consortia / institution are preparing to hand over several hundred millions (US $) to a company which has no track record of delivering.
The risks is too big for them in the event of major project delay and cost blowout,
Protect your hard earned and never over invest in one company and importantly don't fall in love in any stock.
Cheer squad and up ramper postings are pleasant to read and attract many thumbs up, the reality is different story
