Now I was at the AGM, there is no hostility between CANN and Aurora, quite the opposite. I wouldn't except the board to fight TOO hard. I've always said I think $7.5 is where it'll happen. $4.5 too low, $9.00 a bit high.

it'll be an interesting battle and a strong precursor of things to come on the ASX for MC stocks. they are cheap and lots of risk still priced in (like low chance of legalization and so on).

I am having trouble identifying the value of Neil Belots shares. Commsec says he owns almost 32 mill indirect shares, which would put his ownership at around 22%.
(Neil Belot is a non-executive direction of Cann Group and is also the Chief Global Business Development Officer for Aurora Cannabis)

I dont know if this ownership is Aurora cannabis or if it is Neil's own share. If it were Neil's own share, that would put Aurora Cannabis's control at around 42% of the company.

Could you tell me if Neil's 32 million shares are actually Aurora's or owned by Neil through an investment vehicle?
