I think since twin towers "NORMAL" is not a word that has any meaning anymore
IMHO everything is a conspiracy simply because there is so much we don't know, IE information that are lies or simply we don't need to know, according to the upper echelon of our society
Therefore every thing is conjecture on our part and all we can do is treat it the same as shares, look at the trends, and like shares most of it does not make sense in the true meaning
There will always be people who want land if they get it at the right price, there has been a big pullback from the Chinese but there are a number of others with the money and need
Not to mention pure greed and that most people these days will kill their grandmother for a few bucks
What options does a (relatively) poor farmer have ? almost none
