That's what I always thought that Hochtief has been negotiating a sp with the 4 or 5 remaining top holders to get them to about 90% and then they'll announce a compulsory aquisition of retailer holder shares, right out of the playbook Gina used to take out Atlas Holdings a few years back. I held out to the death knell but didn't get one more cent than the original takeover price. Looks like whatever the next level is for CIM it may be the best on offer later?
