the most logical explanation is someone had a gut full of the nonsense here. the broken promises, missed timelines and outright incompetence of the previous management. Perhaps the last straw was the scrap metal carbon capture plant? Perhaps it was not being able to get finance? enough off-take? Who knows, there’s been too many , and they just wanted out. they called the company and told them so. the company then pointed them to a broker or direct buyer and a deal was done.

u know it wasn’t inside trading because that person with all those shares woulda been in dialogue with the company. You think he’s gonna sell if there’s a hint of good news coming?

that tells u it’s most likely there isn’t good news coming.

big shareholders tend not to leave the party just as the drinks and the pretty girls arrive.

or it’s a rebalance of some type with shorter shares being handed back. This outcome is even worse for you because the broker doesn’t buy into this nonsense- he’ll just sell taking it to the 1’s

hope it’s the first one.
